Accessing the Knowledge Base
- For in-depth information and resources, go to the “Knowledge Base” section from the main menu.
Symbols:
- A ✍️ (writing hand) symbol means that I am currently working on that specific topic.
- Emojis (🌱) will be used extensively to serve as visual cues on all topics.
Searching for Topics:
- Use the search bar to find specific articles or topics.
- Enter keywords related to your inquiry, and relevant articles will appear.
Reading Knowledge Base Articles:
- Click on an article title to open and read the full article.
- Articles are organized by categories for easy navigation.
Content Edit Request:
- If you think a document is deemed to be wrong or needs to be reviewed again, you can submit an edit request so we can update the content to better serve other readers.
Leaving Ratings:
- If you found an article helpful, consider leaving a rating.
- Locate the star rating system at the end of each article.
- Rate the article by clicking on the stars (usually 1 to 5 stars).
